This cookbook is by Maria De Gorgey, published in 1999, and is available at the Toronto Public Library.

It is a simple book featuring soups, appetizers, main courses and desserts in addition to traditional Easter and Christmas recipes.

This cookbook is by Sophie Hodorowicz Knab, published in 2012, and is available at the Toronto Public Library.

It features recipes that are divided into specific seasons, implying that certain foods are eaten at different times. There are also specific recipes for feasts and festivals.

The first 43 pages discuss the context of Polish cooking including discussions on older cookbooks and how Polish cooking changed over time because the houses became bigger.
